Pricing / Ordering / Shipping
QUOTATION & PAYMENT. Our original quotation will be based on your board or square footage requirements (including mill cut waste), grade of lumber and specialty millwork charge (men and equipment), plus tax if applicable, and shipping based on your zip code and the approximate weight of the order. A 50% deposit will be due on your acceptance of the quotation, including any amendments or changes to which we may both agree. The balance is due in full prior to shipping. We accept payment by cash, check, Mastercard, Visa, America n Express and wire transfer. We will begin processing your order upon receipt of the deposit.
ORDERING & AVAILABILITY. Most orders are custom milled. Depending on the type of order, we may recommend that the quantity be increased to allow for adjustments necessitated by random board lengths or widths, and for installation waste. We generally require at least 30 days to fill an order. Please contact us to discuss your specific needs and timing issues.
PACKAGING & SHIPPING. Our facility is located minutes away from Ft. Lauderdale’s airport and seaport, Port Everglades. We ship throughout South Florida, or to any of the 48 contiguous states by ground or air via various carriers depending on your order's size and destination. And we can ship by container to any port in the Caribbean, or the world. Lumber is bundled and securely banded for shipment. Additional crating, if required, can be arranged at an extra charge. When your order is ready to ship, we will advise you of the balance due. Full payment is due prior to shipping.
